Gary Cywie specialises in technology and IP matters and has over 15 years’ experience in this field. His particular areas of expertise are the drafting and negotiating of IT outsourcing agreements in the financial and insurance sectors, software development, license and maintenance agreements and commercial contracts.
In addition, Cywie specialises in the following fields: data protection and privacy, internet and e-commerce, IT security and media and telecommunications.
Cywie also advises drafts and negotiates commercial contracts and assists with the related regulatory issues in all his fields of practice.
Cywie is Vice Chairman of the IT Committee of the Luxembourg Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham), a member of the Disruptive Models working group (APSI), a member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) and a member of the APDL (Association pour la Protection des Données au Luxembourg).

He is also the inventor and patent-holder of the CSR Breach Reporting ToolKit® service
He has served on the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Publications Advisory committee as well as the Electronic Transactions Association’s (ETA) Data Security Task Force. He currently is involved with many aspects of the European Privacy Association and the European Union.
Recipient of many awards, such as the Hewlett-Packard-IAPP Privacy Innovation Award, whose previous winners include Microsoft, IBM, Sprint, Dr. Federgreen also lectures widely, giving keynotes to various industry organizations. Most recently in October 2016 he gave the key note address on the GDPR at an International meeting in Prague.
He has authored over one hundred articles and white papers that have appeared in many professional and trade journals. His career has included The Rockefeller Fund, McKinsey & Company and Booz-Allen-Hamilton.
Federgreen received his Doctorate from Yale University. He holds the internationally recognized Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional United States (CIPP/US), Canada (CIPP/C), Government (CIPP/G) and Europe (CIPP/E) designations. Additionally, Federgreen is a European Privacy Association Fellow.

He speaks, writes, educates and consults on data disposal, data protection regulations, employee compliance strategies, vendor qualifications and certifications, and data protection policy development for policy makers, industry publications, data protection and privacy professionals and a broad range of related associations.
In 2016, Johnson oversaw establishment of the Medical Waste Management Association (MWMA) the international trade organization for bio-hazard transporters and processors and the professionals they serve.
Yarom Ophir co-founded Katana SA. Katana SA is Switzerland pionneer and national leading mobile shredding company. With more than 3000 clients. Katana contributes daily to securely destroy and recycle millions of KG of paper yearly.
Ophir also has a history of co-founding additional companies including Blue Stream Switzerland and Blue Stream France. These companies became household and regional market leaders and were sold to Groupe Danone J.V with Eden Springs. He is known for specialising in entrepreneurship, negotiations, marketing, and branding.
Neil Percy has been spent the last decade as part of the Shredit Ltd global senior leadership team helping organisations of all sizes in a wide variety of vertical markets enhance their data protection processes and procedure in the safe control and disposal of physical media format confidential information for disposal. During this time and operating in multiple countries with diverse data protection environments Neil has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience raising awareness of data protection concerns and developing solutions that mitigate the risk of data breach providing legal and commercial protection.
Following the acquisition of Shredit by Stericycle in 2015 Neil joined the Stericycle EMEAA leadership team and continues to work with Shredit to raise awareness of the risks and advise on data protection issues and initiatives throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Neil Percy is Vice President Market Development and Integration at Stericycle.
