Unveiling of the New NAID-Europe GDPR Contract

Catherine Di Lorenzo of the international law firm Allen Overy returns after the break with an overview of the GDPR new NAID-commissioned, contract template specifically designed for the unique aspects and overlap of data destruction services. Presenter:Bob Johnson, NAID Session Description: NAID CEO Bob Johnson will conduct a step-by-step comparison of the GDPR’s requirements and NAID AAA Certification to demonstrate the programs value in establishing the processor selection due diligence that will soon be required under the new regulation. Additionally, attendees will learn more about an initiative that will lead to the European Commission’s formal recognition of NAID AAA Certification under the GDPR scheme to acknowledge appropriate industry certifications.
